Change to taskbar pinning behavior for M365 Copilot and companion apps

Microsoft is updating taskbar pinning behavior for M365 Copilot and companion apps, focusing the built-in pinning control exclusively on the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. Companion apps (Files, Calendar, and People) will no longer be pinned through this control.
