Pre-authenticated (tempauth) URLs are retiring: move to Microsoft Entra ID tokens before April 1, 2027

Pre-authenticated URLs are being retired and must be replaced with Microsoft Entra ID tokens by April 1, 2027, to ensure secure authentication for Microsoft Graph file APIs.
