[Docs] data map APIs

New data map APIs have been added to Microsoft Purview, enabling customers to programmatically access and manage data maps as part of the free version of Purview Data Governance. This enhancement provides developers and administrators with more flexible ways to integrate data governance capabilities into their applications and workflows.
